1. How long does shipping take — Orders ship in 1–2 business days; U.S. standard shipping is 3–7 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on Amazon orders and online orders over $39 within the U.S.

3. Can I return my order? Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at kathyt@organicplanetcare.com with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged product? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an email at kathyt@organicplanetcare.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I cancel my order? — Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped we will attempt to cancel or modify it.

Do you ship internationally? — Amazon orders may allow shipping to select countries. See our Shipping page for full details.

How long before I get a response? — We reply within 24 business hours or less (Mon–Sat).

  • Are parabens found in ORGANIC PLANET skin products? ORGANIC PLANET skincare products do not contain parabens. They are also phthalate-free, ensuring clean, safe, and effective skincare for all.

  • Are your products organic? — We use certified organic and USDA Certified Organic ingredients where listed on the product pages. Check each product’s ingredient list.

  • Do you have baking-soda-free deodorants? — Yes — many of our deodorants are baking-soda-free; look for “baking-soda-free” on the product page.

  • Are you cruelty-free and vegan? — Product pages note vegan/cruelty-free claims where applicable.
